What affects a woman's mental health?

As a feminist psychotherapist, part of my integrative approach focuses on the challenges women face as a result of bias, stereotyping, discrimination and oppression that jeopardises their mental health. I am passionate about women's health & wellbeing and I am respectful to each woman's personal situation.

How often do women deal with these issues?

Women's health issues occur at all stages of life and bring with them their own set of concerns, worries and fears. Often, in clinical settings, women report not feeling heard, understood or validated which can cause further anxiety, stress and frustration at an already difficult time.

How can a session benefit me?

I provide support, compassion and respect to all women and I support a woman's right to choose. I offer each woman a confidential, safe space to talk openly about their feelings, fears, worries and concerns. I support women who are experiencing issues such as Crisis Pregnancy, Antenatal & Postnatal Anxiety, Pregnancy Loss, Fertility Struggles and Menopause.
